The rules for using Trade Crash.
This page explains how Trade Crash works at its initial launch. It is for information only, is not legal advice and may be updated as the game changes.
An entertainment game
Trade Crash is a free entertainment game. Its market prices are simulated: generated by the game, not taken from any real market. It has no real-money trading and no investment functionality. It is not a trading platform, a broker, an investment service or a game of chance for money, and nothing in it is financial advice. Results in the game say nothing about results in real markets.
Points have no value
- Scores, points and any virtual currency in the game are fictional and have no monetary value.
- There are no deposits, purchases, withdrawals, cash-outs, transfers between players or redemptions, and no cash or prizes of value.
- Results, points and rankings are game mechanics decided by the game server. We may correct or reset them at any time, for example to fix errors, because of abuse, for maintenance or when the game changes.
Who can play
You must be at least 18 years old to sign in and play. Watching a round does not need an account.
Accounts and nicknames
- Playing needs a sign-in with Google (through WorkOS) and a unique nickname.
- Your nickname is public. Do not use a name that is offensive, impersonates someone, or contains personal data.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in secure.
Conduct
Do not interfere with the game, its server or other players: no exploiting bugs, no automated play that harms others, no creating accounts to get around limits, and no probing the service for weaknesses. We may limit, suspend or remove accounts and nicknames, and correct results or rankings affected by abuse or errors. To ask about a decision, write to support@tradecrsh.com. We will look at your message, but there is no formal appeal process.
Availability and changes
The game is provided as is, during a beta. It can be changed, interrupted or ended at any time, and its rules and numbers may change. We do not promise that it will be available, error-free or secure.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for losses or damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, a free entertainment game with simulated prices. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Colombia.
